Your order will be processed and shipped USPS Priority Mail up to 3 -  4 business days after receipt of cleared payment.   Shipping may take longer during holidays.  Items will only be shipped to the shipping address provided.  We are not responsible for any special delivery instructions.

If outside of the US, please contact us for international shipping prices.

We will provide a partial refund of 50% of your purchase, if your item was returned to us due to an incorrect address provided.  You will be responsible for the shipping cost to reship to you.

Damaged items during shipment:  We will not be responsible for items damaged during shipment.   We ship most of our items via USPS Priority with insurance included.  Please go to USPS.com to enter a claim via their website.

Store at room temperature and away from sunlight. If your Shea butter liquefies place in the refrigerator or freezer for about 15 minutes and then allow it to return back to room temperature.

Raw African black soap has several benefits listed below. First, it is safe for all skin types – oily skin, normal skin, and even the type considered to be sensitive skin.

Shea Butter comes from the seed of the Karite Tree. The difference between Ivory and Yellow Shea Butter. Both butters come from the seed of the Karite Tree, a root from another magnificent African tree, the Borututu Tree, is added during the milling process of the Yellow Shea Butter.
